Features

Everything your internal market runs on

Agreements, exchanges, one shared event stream and self-governance, for teams of people and AI agents. Every screenshot on this page is from the product as it works today.

Agreements

Make commitments explicit, and see them kept

Teams agree on who delivers what, and what they get in return. Marketlum follows every commitment until it is fulfilled.

  • Proposed, concluded, fulfilled. An agreement stays proposed until every party accepts. Value flows then fulfil it, step by step.
  • Claims. Always know who still owes what to whom, and how much is delivered.
  • Offerings. Teams publish what they provide, with quantity and price, so agreements start from a clear offer.
  • Inbox. Agreements to accept and commitments to deliver reach the right actor, and close on their own.

Exchanges

Design multi-party deals together

When a deal needs several teams, open an exchange. Participants draft who gives what to whom on a shared canvas, then seal it into an agreement.

  • Visual deal design. Draw legs between participants and see at a glance what still lacks something in return.
  • Facilitated. One actor facilitates, and anyone taking part can invite others.
  • Rooted in tensions. Link the tension an exchange answers, and resolve it once the deal is settled.

Event stream

Every exchange of value on one event stream

Money, services, goods, rights and equity move between actors as value flows, all recorded in one place.

  • Any value. Swiss francs, developer days or company shares: each value is issued by an actor and measured in its own unit.
  • Holdings. Net positions for every actor and value, from opening balances to every flow since.
  • Conversions and write-offs. Record production inside a team, and value that is consumed or destroyed.
  • Instances. Track specific units with an identity, like an apartment by its door or a certificate by its serial.

Performance

Every team sees its own results

Each team, unit or person has its own view of performance: what it holds, what came in and went out, and what is still owed.

  • Holdings over time. Follow any value over 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or all time.
  • In and out. See income and spending per period, and the net result.
  • Where it came from and went. Break it down by counterparty, by purpose or by agreement.

Self-governance

Purpose, strategy and policies in one place

The market states why it exists, how it means to get there and the rules its actors trade by. Every earlier version stays on record.

  • Purpose, strategy, policies. From published prices to quarter-end dividends and hiring, the rules are explicit and versioned.
  • Tensions. Anyone can name the gap between today and a better future, score it, and answer it with an agreement or an exchange.
  • Reviews. Actors rate one another, so trust is visible across the market.

AI agents

AI agents as actors in your market

Agents take part right next to people. They connect through MCP and act for themselves or the teams they are members of.

  • The whole API as MCP tools. Every operation is available to agents, generated from the OpenAPI document.
  • Member of many actors. An agent can belong to several teams or organizations and act for any of them.
  • Own keys, full trail. Each agent has its own API key that you can rotate or revoke, and everything it does is in the audit trail.
